Verified Purchase. Software crashed repeatedly on installation. Roxio sent 2 pages of instructions on how to uninstall. After spending hours doing this 3 times Roxio has a service pack 2 which I then installed on top of the program.

Got program to run but would repeatedly crash computer every couple of hours I called several times and not a single answer other than uninstall and reinstall. You could make a career out of it. It takes advanced skills to remove the program due to it altering rights to files.

The install CD\’s were dated Nov so asked Roxio for some newer CD\’s with pto Service Pack 2 on their website already incorporated into the program. Their answer I did not think that very fair to Amazon. You have to register the product to download the service pack. Hard to justify buying this product. I had Creator 9 and was also very buggy I have being trying to use this program to no avail,and I have tried more than 10 times to get some Help from the Company,something absolutely imposible, because regardless that I have registered the product still I have not received any Help roxlo I have tried all the different internet sites and phone numbers that come anounced as Help sites.

I do not understand if this is a way to skip responsability or what it is but in my particular case I have decided uninstall the whole program and forget about it,no matter losing the money that I paid for.
