You should take into account that the \”Signature\” folder may have another name if your Outlook is configured in another language not English. For example, in my case the folder is named \”Firmas\”, according to the Spanish configuration of Outlook. I had the same confusion, but palcouk made a correct assumption – that the folder didn\’t exist because I\’d never created a signature with this Outlook installation.

I created a test signature from within Outlook, and hey-presto, the folder appeared. I copied the files over as I\’d expected to be able to. I went into Outlook and make a signature by going to File and clicking on Options and then choosing Mail and choosing Signature.
