I am running Office Business, I was very disappointed this did not come with Outlook and in March purchased, installed and activated Outlook. I am now getting messages to activate Outlook. Sorry this didn\’t help. Thanks for your feedback. I say again, I purchased Windows Office Business back in late it came with Mail but not outlook see below. Now I get the activation required message and the threat that outlook will be deactivated despite the fact this was activated when I bought the outlook package and downloaded it.

I have three separate email accounts and use outlook to access them all. I also Access a fourth email account using a Remote desk top connection but I believe that this uses my clients network and license. As a travelling advisor maintaining contact with all of my clients is an essential part of my work. As Diane already mentioned, Office Business comes with Outlook. The Mail app is part of Windows 10 and is completely separate from Office. The license is tied to your Microsoft account and you won\’t need your registration card.

I\’ll say this one more time. After installing Office I noticed that outlook was not a part of that package. My only option I was informed was to purchase a stand alone version of Outlook and install that. Not happy but that is what I had to do.

I may not be a computer wizard but I have been using Microsoft, almost daily, since Windows 3. Now here it seems is the fix to my problem. Before logging off of the PC ensure that the active email account is the address that is in my Microsoft account else for some reason when starting outlook Microsoft looks for a registration on the currently active email address.
