All I see is model in the list and the option to select have disk; but I don’t have the drivers I need on my PC or disk. Thanks for the update on how it is going. Only other troubleshoot we have is connecting wireless receiver to windows Toward the bottom it has troubleshoot receiver.

I need to get the device drivers so that they show up on the list to select. Can you provide a link? I’ve tried searching Microsoft’s website with no luck. All I can find are third party driver sites which I can’t trust. Thanks again for you help. It is greatly appreciated!
